What this is

ParentTeacherIQ is a professional practice tool: you rehearse difficult parent conversations against simulated parents, then reflect on how it went. The parents are fictional characters generated in the moment. Their words are for practice, not advice. The tool supports your professional judgement and your school's policies; it does not replace either, and it is not counselling, legal, or psychological advice.

Using it sensibly

  • Rehearse real situations, but keep real people out of the details: use first names or initials at most, and leave out anything that could identify a specific student or family beyond what your preparation genuinely needs.
  • Simulated parents are deliberately difficult. If a rehearsal touches something personal for you, step away; the debrief can wait.
  • Don't attempt to misuse the service: no scraping, reselling access, probing the infrastructure, or using the simulation for anything other than professional practice.
  • Access through a school, employer, or program partner may come with their own conditions; those apply alongside these.
  • Whose material is whose

The platform, its design, its simulated characters and its coaching frameworks belong to Meta PR Pty Ltd. Where an edition is built with a school's or partner's own materials, frameworks or language, those remain the property of that school or partner, are used only in their edition, and are never carried into anyone else's.

    What you write stays yours

Your reflections, notes, action cards and rehearsal conversations are yours. We claim no ownership over them, and as the privacy page explains, conversations are never collected in the first place.

    Service and liability

The service is provided with care but on an as-available basis: simulated conversations vary, and features may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Meta PR Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

    Changes

If these terms change materially, the "last updated" date above changes with them, and active partners are told directly.
