ParentTeacherIQ is a professional practice tool: you rehearse difficult parent conversations against simulated parents, then reflect on how it went. The parents are fictional characters generated in the moment. Their words are for practice, not advice. The tool supports your professional judgement and your school's policies; it does not replace either, and it is not counselling, legal, or psychological advice.
The platform, its design, its simulated characters and its coaching frameworks belong to Meta PR Pty Ltd. Where an edition is built with a school's or partner's own materials, frameworks or language, those remain the property of that school or partner, are used only in their edition, and are never carried into anyone else's.
Your reflections, notes, action cards and rehearsal conversations are yours. We claim no ownership over them, and as the privacy page explains, conversations are never collected in the first place.
The service is provided with care but on an as-available basis: simulated conversations vary, and features may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Meta PR Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, and nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
If these terms change materially, the "last updated" date above changes with them, and active partners are told directly.
